It's warmish (-1C) outside, and really sunny. It's been hovering around zero, even going above often, for the past few days, and with the sunshine, *feels* like winter's over. Officially, there's about a week to go.
So we were sitting in front of our laptops, and then we hear a low rumble go by along Spadina road. Obviously a motorbike. Mike lurches out of his seat to crane his neck.
"Ducati!"
I look, nonplussed, not out of the window for the now long-gone bike, but at Mike. Suddenly, I realize that with the advent of spring, and soon, summer, there will be a sudden flood of motorbikes on the roads.
And like a kid going "woof!" or "meow!" every time a dog or cat walks by, Mike will be going "Ducati!" or "BMW!" or "V-twin 888cc, possibly red color!" every time we hear a rumble.
