The trouble with fish porridge is that Ryan will leave a mess and it's hard to clean. The highchair and tray will smell faintly fishy and soap's needed (for most other foods, I use a wet cloth or a wet wipe). Worse, after I put him down, he likes to hold my legs and go "muah muah", open-mouthed and with lots of fishy saliva, on my thighs. I can smell it. And I can only cringe at the thought of him drooling fishy saliva everywhere, on the floor, toys, furniture....
